The six-piece’s hour-long goth-influenced punk rock set was unrelenting and heavy, with lead singer Delfi Sorento’s frenetic stage ownership and drummer Mario Perez’s high-tempo beat setting the pace throughout.

If you missed this show you have a reprieve, with another six dates to come on The Maggie Pills’ Victoria and New South Wales tour. The band will play an all-ages gig in Frankston on 8 July, with Geelong following on the 15th and RMIT on the 28th. Their last stop before heading to NSW will be Beechworth on 19 August.
